Dubbel Trubble walks into the bar wearing vintage boots, quoting Belgian monks, and carrying a bottle of jaggery. Inspired by traditional Abbey-style beers brewed by Trappist monks, this Belgian Dubbel is our dark, complex homage with a distinctly local soul. Deep amber in color, it’s layered with rich malty notes, hints of toffee and dried fruits, and just the right amount of earthy hops. We brew it with palm jaggery, which rounds out the sweetness and adds a gentle warmth to every sip.
